NEWS: Iconic Megadeth Jackson up for auction

Say, anyone got a spare fifteen grand laying around that they don’t wanna use? Then I encourage them to show their support for I Heart Guitar by buying this guitar and giving it to me. That happens, right?

Neals Vintage Guitars is selling Dave Mustaine’s 1989 Jackson King V. The eBay listing says it was used on the Clash of the Titans tour with Slayer and Anthrax. Cool! Dave had a few of these (some with different pickups) and this one is distinctive for its locking nut. CLICK HERE to see the auction. The Buy It Now price is $15,000 but who knows what this iconic axe will ultimately sell for. Do you think the price is excessive? Not enough? Just about right?
